- 4 pole low pass filter with germanium diode based distortion.
- Two individually attenuated CV inputs for both cutoff and resonance (four in total).
- Two attenuated audio inputs for precise signal mixing.
- Clean and dirty outputs allowing users to bypass distortion circuit and for self patching.
- Sine wave oscillator with 1/v oct tracking via the fcv inputs.
- Bias knob for resonance tuning and adjusting pitch tracking.
SIRIUS - Panel & PCB Set
Description
Harness the warmth of vintage analog tone with teeth.
The Sirius is a 4-pole low-pass filter inspired by the circuitry of classic 80s synths like the Korg PolySix, Mono/Poly, and PPG Wave 2.0. We’ve re-engineered this timeless design with a germanium diode distortion stage to add grit and presence, while extending the resonance range all the way into self-oscillation.
At full resonance, the Sirius transforms into a ground-shaking sine oscillator that tracks 1V/oct via the frequency CV inputs. The Bias control lets you fine-tune pitch tracking or dial in precise resonance tuning, making it easy to match pings or oscillation to the key of your track.
Two outputs provide flexibility — a dirty path that runs through the distortion stage, and a clean one that bypasses it for classic tones or creative self-patching feedback. From smooth sweeps to snarling drive, Sirius brings both vintage character and modern control to your rack.
